A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join a Legal 500 Top Tier firm and their growing corporate and commercial team in Gerrards Cross. The team are recognised as "the best regional team" according to Legal 500 and boast an enviable client base from private businesses to multi-national companies.
The role:
The team specialise in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including:
- Joint ventures
- Business and share sales and acquisitions
- Corporate restructuring
- Constitutional and shareholder issues.
Managing a varied caseload, you will be providing sound advice and guidance on the matters above. Working in this supportive and friendly team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, giving you a solid base to progress in your career.
The ideal candidate:

- 3PQE+
- Strong technical ability
- Good academics
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident in using your initiative
