T his is an opportunity to join a strong regional practice at offices a short commute from Manchester City Centre to join their specialist Commercial Property team.
Our client's real estate team acts for a range of commercial companies on a broad mix of real estate matters including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters and other transactional work. Due to continued growth they are now seeking to appoint a further solicitor to the team.
Our client is open as to PQE and can consider from NQ up. A strong grounding in varied real estate matters is essential.
