New opening for a corporate lawyer at either Senior Associate, Director or Partner level, looking for a new challenge in a friendly, pro-active and profitable Top 100 firm.
Based in offices in Exeter, you will be working with the corporate team nationally, but also helping to manage the team, and be integral to building on past successes and enduring relationships to further develop and build the corporate team. You will have good connections to the South West and ideally a following or a strong book of contacts and you will be given full support and open head room to fully develop and progress your career.
Your work will encompass the following areas: M&A, reorganisations, venture capital, cross-border transactions, private equity investments, IPOs and joint ventures and restructuring. You'll have excellent communication skills and strong commercial acumen. Passionate about corporate work you'll be ready for the next step up in your career and an opportunity with a growing team that is going from strength to strength. The team has particular strength and depth on the technology side so enthusiasm if not interest in this area would be an advantage.
