Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer to join their small, close knit private practice based in Central Essex, with easy commuter links from across the county and plenty of parking, their office is based in an ideal location. You will gain support and career development opportunities to further your career within the firm.
You will be handling a full caseload of general residential property matters such as: sales & purchases, leasehold & freehold, transfers of equity, remortgages and new builds. This position comes with excellent paralegal/secretarial support and part of the benefits package includes remote working.
