Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor

This high street firm who have traditional values with a modern ethos are seeking a Property Solicitor to undertake a full residential property caseload which will include freehold/leasehold, extending a lease, transfer of equity, shared ownership, equity release and remortgages. In addition, the role will also include dealing with some light commercial property matters, such as freehold/leasehold, acquisition and disposal of small office and shops.

This role will see you maintaining and building relationships with clients and this opportunity will allow you to develop both your residential and commercial property skills gained to date. You will be fully supported and welcomed into this role within an innovative and ambitious team and where there are genuine long term opportunities on offer for the successful candidate.
