A tenacious commercial litigator is required for this Lexcel accredited law firm who are continuing to go from strength to strength. Your caseload will involve a wide spectrum and is varied which includes dealing with commercial disputes, contract disputes, debt recovery and property disputes, and any other litigious matters. It is fundamental that you strive towards taking a commercial approach in serving your clients best interests and you should have a demonstrable track record in litigation, ideally 6+ PQE, but this is just a guide.
