Multi office high street firm require an experienced Family Solicitor to join their busy team in North Essex. This is a 9 - 12 month contract initially but could lead to a permanent role.
The successful candidate will need to have Family Resolution membership. Candidates must have experience in dealing with:-
* Divorce and separation matters
* Financial order proceedings
* Private law Children matters
* Child arrangement orders
* Public Law Care Proceedings
* Child Protection work
Ideally applicants will also have legal aid supervisory status but this is not essential.
