Are you an ambitious real estate lawyer? Perhaps you're starting to think about developing an area of specialism or maybe you're positioning yourself for ongoing career progression and feel you're not in the right firm at the moment.
Our client is a large top 100 commercial practice based in central Bristol. They are currently seeking an mid level real estate lawyer with some solid experience gained ideally at a regional, national, international or city firm.
You will be joining a small sub team of a much larger real estate department. You will be dealing with retail and leisure sector clients and your work will be a mix of acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and estate management. Previous experience in this sector is not essential but would be an advantage.
The firm are really looking for someone who is keen to step up and progress quickly so previous supervisory experience and some experience of marketing / business development / CRM would be beneficial.
There are great progression opportunities in this role for the right person as the firm promote to partnership based on merit.
