GAMBLING / GAMING REGULATORY COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

Legal Works is delighted to be recruiting a regulatory / compliance specialist for this leading corporate in the global Gaming Entertainment industry with an unrivalled ability to supply cutting-edge casino games and bespoke back-office solutions worldwide.
The company is currently seeking to recruit two Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join a growing Legal & Compliance TEAM to be based in the London office.
Working in the state of the art offices with this progressive TEAM the role will entail the following:-
*Maintaining the company's existing portfolio of licences to ensure regulatory obligations are met.
*Serve as a point of contact by providing informed regulatory advice to the business.
*Report to regulators / other authorities as required by each applicable and relevant jurisdiction.
*Assisting in translating cross-jurisdictional regulations into regulatory requirements.
*Assisting with compliance projects as needed and supporting new market entries.
*Keeping up to date with remote gaming regulations to flag any relevant changes or risk.
*Liaising with regulators as required.
*Reviewing and signing off new marketing campaigns and initiatives.
*Drafting and updating marketing compliance processes to reflect changes in legislation.
*Proactively carry out internal marketing and compliance reviews.
*Providing regular training to internal teams.
To be successful YOU will be comfortable and happy working in the challenging and fast paced environment and be:-
*A minimum of 1/2 years plus as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, preferably in a B2B environment.
*Experienced in dealing with different regulatory frameworks.
*Experienced translating law into practical requirements.
*Able to work independently.
*Detail-oriented and organised.
*Excellent at document control.
*Capable of training others and share your knowledge in a confident & capable manner.
*Naturally inquisitive, analytical, highlighting risks based on findings.
*Able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards.
*Able to multi-task and take initiative in all parts of the operation.
*Confident, have a proactive approach and able to propose improvement to existing processes.
