- A UK top 20 law firm are keen to appoint an ambitious real estate lawyer into their London team who is looking to build on their existing experience
- The successful candidate can look forward to joining an established team of real estate lawyers who are recognised by their clients for their industry insight, passion and talent
- The real estate team has a strong national presence and engage in high profile work

The role:
- As a real estate lawyer within the London team you can expect to undertake a broad range of work in a supportive team including:
- Commercial real estate investment;
- Acquisitions and disposals;
- development and finance work ;
- Asset management for investors;
- Corporate support and real estate finance acting for both lenders and borrowers.
- Working with the wider real estate team across the country there will be plenty of opportunity for client contact
- The successful candidate will be working with a diverse mix of clients both in the public and private sector and will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contacts

About you:
- Applications are sought from qualified solicitors who have a specialism in real estate work as well as a passion for delivering first-class legal advice
- The successful individual will have a strong sense of commercial pragmatism, fantastic drafting skills and be a team player
- The role will suit a personable individual who is keen to get involved with business development and contribute to the growth of the team in London

Salary and Benefits:
This real estate lawyer will be rewarded with:
- A competitive salary in the region of £75,000 - £95,000
