Are you fed up of being overlooked within your team and wanting the opportunity to take responsibility for a Litigation department?
A disputes lawyer is required by an established high street practice in a busy market town in the heart of Suffolk. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced dispute resolution Solicitor / Executive to take over an existing general litigation caseload to include:
- Contractual disputes
- Debt
- Property disputes
- Neighbourhood disputes
- Contentious Probate (advantageous)
- Employment (advantageous)
It is likely that the successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years' experience from a reputable private practice and will be used to managing a busy disputes caseload.
