Commercial Property Lawyer

We are working with an award winning leading regional law firm, which offers a full service to a wide and diverse range of clients.

Due to demand and a steady increase in new instructions, our client is looking to increase the size of its Commercial Property team which currently has four members within it and a number of support staff.

Ideally they would like to add a qualified solicitor who can offer strong training and experience within Real Estate law that has been gained from a busy and well respected Commercial Property team.

The team pride itself on a fantastic reputation; they service a broad diet of clients from SMEs, OMBs to Local Government and Retail development.

The team collectively offers years of experience which will provide excellent mentoring and guidance to the new member of the department.

The Successful Candidate:

The successful candidate for this role will be able to offer the following.

• A minimum of 2 years PQE within Commercial Property - with immediate previous Real Estate experience

• UK qualified solicitor

• Local to the immediate area

• Strong academics

• Excellent communication skills

• Eagerness to become involved in company and department BD

Eagerness to develop and progress within a commercially minded and driven team and firm
