Chadwick Nott have recently been instructed on a new opportunity with one of our clients, a UK Top 100 law firm in Cardiff. The firm have multiple offices around the country and an excellent reputation across multiple disciplines and internationally with top tier rankings in legal directories. This ambitious international firm are looking for a new Senior Associate with at least five years' PQE to join their tier 1 ranked Corporate Team.
The team carries out the full range of corporate work, including M&A, debt funding, all aspects of corporate finance and corporate due diligence/tax advice.
They have an enviable and interesting client base ranging from founders and owner-managed businesses, investors and funders and large listed companies in the UK and abroad. They act for clients at the cutting edge of their sectors such as tech and manufacturing businesses, including fintech and medtech, along with leading advertising and marketing agencies. Their work also spans into healthcare, media, financial services, partnerships, music/fashion, sports, retailers and restaurants, so there's a real breadth of experience on offer and licence to carve out your own niche.
The firm also has a refreshingly strong approach to career development, providing all Associates with career development partners, along with the opportunity to develop their own business and client bases.
Successful candidates would have at least 5 years' PQE in Corporate Law, ideally from a leading law firm and in return you can expect a market leading salary along with a great array of benefits.
