This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience of contentious trusts and probate to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Bromley.
This is a significant hire, and the firm is looking for someone who is ambitious and working towards partnership.
In order to be considered for the role, you will have a high level of expertise in contentious trusts and probate, including inheritance disputes, breach of trust claims, IPFDA claims, validity of wills and applications to remove executors/trustees.
Suitable candidates will ideally have full ACTAPS membership or be working towards this.
