A rare opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Property Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer to join a rapidly expanding private practice in their Equity Release team. Our client is ideally seeking candidates who are based in Central Essex.
Successful applicants will be a qualified solicitor or conveyancer with experience in Lease Extensions and Property Transfers although do not necessarily have to have experience in Equity Release as full training will be provided.
You will often be required to meet clients in their own home - once we are able to do so again - therefore must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle. It is also essential that you can demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
This role can be offered on a part or full time basis, it will initially be office based but with some WFH requirements.
