A stellar Legal 500 client has a standout opportunity for an experienced agricultural property solicitor to join the Wiltshire team that is highly ranked and act for many of the leading landowners and farmers throughout Southern England.
You will be providing advice to a variety of clients ranging from estate owners and farmers to rural property developers. Your caseload includes a mix of agricultural leasing (acting for both landlord and tenant), renewable energy projects, equestrian law, dispute resolution and working closely with the firms Private Client team in tax and estate planning activities for agricultural and rural clients.
