An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join a leading team in the sector at the London office of this international Legal 100 firm.
In this role you will be acting for an array of clients in sectors such as financial services, fintech, insurance and banking.
The work will be varied and includes a wide range of commercial contact drafting such as supply agreements, distribution agreements, IT contracts, procurement, and company terms & conditions. There will also be exposure to regulatory advisory work. You will be joining a collegiate and supportive team offering a broad commercial caseload, but also the opportunity to specialise as your career progresses should you wish to do so.
