A Legal 500 firm, with sites in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, is seeking a property litigation solicitor for its head office in Luton.
The ideal candidate would have around 5 years' PQE in dealing with landlord and tenant matters (acting for either landlord or tenant), residential evictions, forfeiture of leases, commercial evictions, dilapidation claims, leasehold enfranchisement and service charge disputes. The 4 lawyer team is highly experienced and well-known for the high level of technical excellent it offers through its bespoke service to commercial clients and individuals.
