The firm: A highly regarded law firm with offices based in Hertfordshire is looking for an experienced Paralegal or Solicitor with a PQE of 1-2 years to join its highly motivated busy Residential and Commercial Property department
The role: The role will be dealing with day-to-day workload of both residential and commercial conveyancing from onboarding to post completion.
The Requirements: The successful application will be experienced at Paralegal or Solicitor level (1-2 PQE). You will have excellent knowledge or conveyancing and property law. You will have experience in handling a wide range or both residential and commercial conveyancing including repossession sales. You will demonstrate first class client care and communication skills. You will have the ability to work as a part of a team. You will be organised and be able to prioritise work effectively. You will also have the ability to work under pressure and on your own to meet specific deadlines.
Salary: The salary dependent on experience.
