You should be a property litigation solicitor at NQ to 4 years' PQE, and your experience should cover property litigation for both commercial and residential clients. Typical work areas include development disputes, advising on property contracts, all aspects of landlord and tenant work, leasehold enfranchisement, property insolvency, advising on restrictive covenants and easements. You will be working with leading clients within the retail, leisure and development sectors and you will be client facing from the outset.
