SOLICITOR (c4-8PQE)

Legal Works clients are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Property Litigation solicitor (4-8PQE) to join a friendly and hugely successful team.
This experienced TEAM of real estate litigators work both directly with landlords, tenants, property professionals as well as hand-in-hand with the firm's transactional team.
The TEAM has extensive experience in dealing with complex real estate disputes involving both commercial and residential property.
The TEAM regularly advise on lease renewals, rent reviews, interim and terminal dilapidation claims, lease covenant enforcement, insolvency issues and other contentious matters affecting property including restrictive covenants, boundary disputes, planning, statutory compensation, construction claims, Law of Property Act receiverships, and secured lending enforcement.
A additional specialist team focuses on residential real estate, acting for landlords, managing agents and tenants.
Work includes advising in relation to lease extensions, collective enfranchisements, the right to manage, ground rent and service charge collection, major service charge strategies, complex service charge disputes, forfeiture, and possession claims.
This is a broad ranging role with the opportunity to take considerable responsibility for the right individual with a clear route to partnership.
To be successful YOU will have:
*Circa 4-8PQE property litigation within a dedicated property litigation team / Department.
*Broad contentious property experience, with a desire to increase your legal skills. Exposure to enfranchisement matters of particular interest.
*First class technical skills, commercial awareness, and ambition.
*A commercial mindset & will enjoy exceeding the expectations of a demanding & entrepreneurial client base & will demonstrate ability to take individual responsibility whilst being a genuine team player.
*Be able to operate easily in a team driven environment, communicating with other team members, support staff, as well as liaising direct with clients.
*Management experience and ability to mentor junior members of staff will be of interest.
*Have experience of and be prepared to get involved with business development and marketing initiatives on behalf of the TEAM.
