In line with planned expansion and a continuing exciting growth, my client, a niche, well established Property specialist in Liverpool is currently looking for an additional Property Solicitor to further augment the dedicated Real Estate team.
You will be an experienced Property Solicitor (Residential or Commercial, 1-3 years PQE) and you are expected to have proven experience in dealing with Lease Extensions, complex title issues, collective claims to acquire freehold, Licences and Enfranchisement matters.
The firm is based in the heart of the city centre and boasts stylishly refurbished offices and a friendly, sociable atmosphere. The firm also act on behalf of significant national property management companies and freehold portfolio investors (thus attracts good quality work) and has an enviable reputation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Property Solicitor looking to escape from running a traditional caseload and make their mark within a growing Real Estate team.
