We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
- The successful candidate will be providing in-house legal guidance to our clients on various aspects of transactional corporate matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, buy-ins, buy-outs, asset disposals or restructuring etc., as well as advising on corporate governance policies.
- The role is also likely to involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of corporate contracts which may include engagement letters, shareholders agreements or ancillary documentation etc.
- Excellent academic background
- At least 2 years PQE in UK or equivalent jurisdiction, preferably at an in-house legal department or leading law firm
- Previous exposure working in the Financial Services sector preferred
- Ability to build effective and positive client relationships quickly and fully embrace the importance of client service
- Highly organised and meticulous.
