Commercial Property Solicitor, Part time - Kent.

Medium sized very well established and highly regarded law firm in Kent are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor for their head office which is easily commutable from West, North and Mid Kent and also from South London and areas of Surrey.

You will join a team of 3 working on great qualify commercial property work and everything from light commercial properties such as shops and pubs through to high value commercial units and land.

This is a part time position and my client are willing to consider those wanting to work either 3 or 4 days per week or work 5 days but shorter days. They are very flexible and are happy to accommodate what works best for the candidate. The firm have an extremely friendly and open culture and a very low staff turnover.

It is anticipated that the successful application will have 2+ years PQE and will be used to managing their own caseload of commercial property matters. Applications are also welcome from those solicitors who have a mix of commercial and residential property experience but would now like to specialise purely in commercial property work.
