A property litigation solicitor is required by a law firm in the Bournemouth and Poole area.
The Firm
The property litigation department deal with all aspects of disputes on behalf of businesses, organisations and individuals. The team work with a number of high net worth clients across East Dorset.
The Role
The successful property litigation solicitor will be dealing with a wide range of property and land disputes. As part of a wider litigation group this property litigation team has developed a fantastic reputation assisting landowners, landlords and tenants on matters such as rights of way, boundaries and adverse possession as well as dilapidation claims, lease renewals and forfeiture proceedings.
The Candidate
The successful property litigation solicitor will offer a strong academic background and be able to communicate confidently with high net worth clients.
