We have been instructed by our client to seek an NQ-3 year PQE lawyer to join the commercial team. This multiple office law firm steeped in tradition is looking for the succession planning for the future. They are Lexcel accredited and are a firm of choice for commercial and private law services across the northern home counties and Greater London. This is an excellent opportunity to join this private practice as they plan for the future. The role will see you dealing with a busy caseload of commercial matters for a range of clients from SME's to business Start-ups. You will offer advice on all matters relating to the running of a business from drafting of contracts, intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions and general day to day legal matters. The ideal professional will have been doing a similar role and will be looking to take the next step in their career. You will enjoy dealing with clients, attending meeting and thinking commercially to build your caseload. In return, our client is offering a very competitive salary and benefits package.
