This large Devon based full service law practice is looking for an agricultural property lawyer to join the office in Newton Abbot or Exeter.
You will join a large and successful team who advise the agricultural and farming community on all of their legal needs. Your specialism within this team will be advising on rural property work, including sales, purchases, refinancing, dealing with transfers for development, succession transfers and agricultural tenancies.
Any exposure to private client law would be an advantage, but not essential.
To apply for this agricultural role you should ideally have a background in rural property affairs and want to continue to develop your specialism within it further.
Junior to mid level solicitors and legal executives are encouraged to apply. Recently qualified lawyers with relevant property and agricultural experience are welcomed, as are those with just commercial property experience, but an interest to progress within agricultural and rural affairs.
