Salary: £50000 - £70000 per annum
Commercial Property Solicitor | 3+ years PQE | Leicestershire | £50-70,000 DOE | financial bonus scheme | healthcare plan | A well respected and highly regarded legal firm is looking to recruit a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to work within their welcoming team. THE ROLE:
The successful candidate should expect a mix of commercial property work, because of this they should have excellent organisational and time management skills. They should also have skills such as:
• Handle commercial property sales and acquisitions.
• Advise on business asset sales.
• Manage property sales by auction.
• Deal with secured lending, mortgages and remortgages.
• Manage landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, licences to assign, sublet or alter, and surrenders.
• Handle pension scheme transactions, including in-specie transfers.
• Prepare Land Registry applications, including first registrations, and assist with adverse possession claims.
• Advise on Section 25 notices.
• Act on behalf of management companies.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications will be accepted from candidate with at least 3 years of experience within similar fields. The ideal candidate will also possess qualities such as:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight transaction deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client and commercial matters.
• Highly organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail across property transactions.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Committed to delivering excellent client service and maintaining high professional standards.
