A well-respected Cardiff law firm is currently looking to recruit an experienced Law Costs Draftsman with a proven and demonstrable legal career in costs with experience dealing with high value claims.
You will be expected to provide dedicated costs support within one of the largest costs teams in the UK, who work closely with the Claimant teams within the firm while also providing general support for teams throughout the rest of the firm. The team work predominately on estimates, cost budgets, bill preparation and cost negotiations, and also attend court for detailed assessment and cost and case management hearings.
You will be required to have experience working as a Law Costs Draftsperson and will have negotiation skills. You must also be comfortable attending court for hearings.
