A new and desirable opportunity has arisen to work in-house with this management company, that occupy an unusual place in the market.
You will be based entirely from the comfort of your own home, with the support of the existing team.
This is not a property management business, managing a huge portfolio. This is a client focused, quasi-legal business, helping leaseholders take control of what can often be a daunting process: enfranchisement.
Your role will include:
- Setting up new files and preparing legal documents
- Liaising with partner law firms
- Lots of client contact
To succeed in this application, you must have:
- At least 3 years' experience handling conveyancing files
- Previous enfranchisement experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given
- The ability to work under your own steam and to strict deadlines
The firm has a presence in London and regularly congregate there but you can be based anywhere in the country!
