The brand-new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor Locum to work for a Legal 500 firm in Brentwood, Essex.
You will be joining the busy team, dealing with freehold and leasehold titles, drafting, and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases, and agreements for lease, acting for landlords and tenants and acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.
