A new opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join this modern firm.

The firm is in expansion mode, taking on new, larger offices just outside the City and investing heavily in growth. There are plenty of good quality, varied, Clinical Negligence files, meaning you can focus on the work.

This newly created role will suit a competent practitioner but, more importantly, someone with ambition who wants to combine casework with contributing to the firm's strategy and future growth.

This is not a typical fee-earner/solicitor vacancy, and the potential for personal and career growth needs to be explored to be understood. In addition, you will be offered the chance to make this a lucrative move with commercial incentives and profit share.

The ideal candidate for this Clinical Negligence Solicitor opportunity will be:

• A qualified solicitor with 3 or more years of PQE
• Able to demonstrate recent and relevance experience with a variety of Clinical Negligence matters
• Genuinely ambitious, with the desire to manage junior staff and contribute at Board level in due course
• Experienced with case management systems, particularly Proclaim
