A leading corporate practice has an immediate opportunity for a corporate finance solicitor (NQ-2) to join its Corporate Finance Team based in Aberdeen.
As part of the Corporate Finance Team, you will be working with a range of market leading clients from SMEs to FTSE 100 blue chips throughout the UK and further afield across various sectors on a variety of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance, MBOs & MBIs, share and asset sales and purchases.

As the successful candidate, you will have experience of or an interest in legal technology products, including e-signing, document automation software and transaction management platforms.
