Hays are recruiting a Legal Secretary/PA role for a leading Legal firm in South Manchester.
Your new role
Your new role will involve supporting lawyers with typing from dictation, drafting documents and correspondence and providing administrative support, e.g. filing, making client appointments, dealing with simple client enquiries and setting up meetings. You will also deal with any ad hoc tasks and be able to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need experience working in a legal firm specialising in wills, trusts and estate administration. You will be agile, comfortable with phone work and have experience using the SOS case management system.
