Employment Partner – Warwickshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Partner to join a well-established law firm in Warwickshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Employment Lawyer looking to take the next step in their career, or an established Partner seeking a fresh challenge with the opportunity to develop an existing practice.
The successful candidate will inherit an established caseload, providing an immediate platform from which to build, alongside responsibility for managing and developing a team. With an existing client base to work with and scope to grow the department further, this is an attractive opportunity for someone with both strong technical expertise and a commercial approach.
The Role
You will take responsibility for a broad range of employment matters, advising a varied client base on contentious and non-contentious issues. Alongside managing your own caseload, you will lead and support the employment team, ensuring the continued delivery of a high-quality service.
Responsibilities will include:
Taking over an existing employment caseload and maintaining key client relationships.
Advising employers and, where appropriate, senior executives on a range of employment law matters.
Handling contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
Managing, mentoring and developing members of the employment team.
Supporting the strategic direction and growth of the department.
Identifying opportunities to develop existing client relationships and generate new business.
Working closely with the wider partnership to contribute to the firm's continued success.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from experienced Employment Partners and senior Employment Lawyers with a strong track record in employment law and the ability to lead and develop a team.
You will have excellent technical skills, a commercial mindset and the confidence to manage client relationships at a senior level. The ability to develop business, support colleagues and build on an existing caseload will be key to success in this role.
