Court of Protection Solicitor - Bedfordshire

Working in a team, we are seeking a solicitor who has expertise in covering financial management, planning, investment and taxation for their own caseload, where you will manage the affairs, assets and estates of anyone unable to manage their own finances. You will assist in all applications providing a first class service, with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines and this is a role where you will have a fee target in a time recording environment. To be considered, you will demonstrate a full range of Financial Court of Protection work, with expertise in technical matters and working collaboratively in a team for the benefit of all clients. You will offer deputyship services, trust creation and administration and administration of affairs and estate. Also enduring and lasting powers of attorney and replacing deputyships with private trusts. Experience of preparing LPA's, drafting applications to Court of Protection, progressing the litigation process and attending court.
