Post Completion Assistant Salary: £25,000 (dependent on experience) Reference: BCR/MG/32589 Location: Birmingham - Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 from home) Bell Cornwall Recruitment is proudly recruiting for a well-established, client-focused legal firm seeking a Post Completion Assistant to join its conveyancing department in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join a supportive team, playing a key role in ensuring residential property transactions are finalised accurately and efficiently. What you'll be doing: Preparing and submitting SDLT/LTT returns and HM Land Registry applications within statutory deadlines. Managing mortgage redemption's, liaising with lenders and serving notices of assignment and charge. Monitoring applications, responding to HM Land Registry requisitions and checking completed registrations. Sending title documents and completion information to clients and lenders, while assisting with undertakings. Maintaining accurate case management records, closing completed files and providing general administrative support to the conveyancing department.The ideal candidate will have: Previous residential conveyancing or post-completion experience is desirable. Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise a high volume of tasks. Strong communication and IT skills, including case management systems. A proactive, reliable team player with familiarity with HM Land Registry and SDLT online services (preferred).What's on offer?
