An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an established and growing Private Client team in Devon. OVERVIEW:
You will manage a varied private client caseload, covering Wills, Powers of Attorney, tax planning, estate administration and Court of Protection work. You will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships while delivering a high standard of advice and client care across a range of matters.
Alongside your fee-earning responsibilities, you will be encouraged to contribute to the continued development of the department through marketing, networking and business development activities. The firm offers a collaborative and supportive environment where professional growth is encouraged, alongside a strong emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years' PQE and experience handling a varied private client caseload. You will be proactive, self-sufficient and well organised, with the ability to manage your own workload and administration effectively while seeking support where appropriate.
Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential. You should also be keen to contribute to the team's ongoing success and develop your expertise within private client law. STEP membership would be advantageous.
